Emotions drive behaviour. Understanding 'why' something is done enables us to tap into our intrinsic motivation improving engagement and performance.
Belonging
Each family is unique, bonded by their 'values'. When we are aligned, we have that sense of belonging, feeling accepted and appreciated.
Achievement
Goals are important for setting objectives and measuring progress as well as providing a sense of satisfaction for a 'job well done'
